Arbor Heights Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week 2008
May 5th to May 9th
We are asking all of the students to help show their appreciation of the teachers and the staff of Arbor Heights Elementary by participating in one or all of the following activities:
Monday - Flowers Day
Have your child bring a flower or small plant for their teacher and staff members that will create a special bouquet at the end of the day.
Tuesday - Sweet Treat Day
Have your child bring a small sweet treat for their teacher and staff members that will create a wonderful gift basket at the end of the day.
(Chocolates, nuts, homemade cookies or dried fruits, etc.)
Wednesday - Book Day
Have your child treat the teacher and staff members to a donated book for the classroom, gently used is ok. We will have book donation box in the front lounge for extras.
Thursday - Card Day
Have you or your child make and bring in a special card for the teachers and staff members.
Friday- Kindness Day & Teacher Luncheon
The Parents & the PTSA will sponsor a luncheon for the teachers and staff.
Have your child treat the teacher and staff members to a day of kindness. Ask your child to be extra considerate and polite today.
PLEASE HELP!
If you would like to volunteer to provide sandwiches, salads or drinks for the luncheon, please contact Anna George at 937-2687 or annag100@comcast.net
